Description
Light Mix is the ideal substrate for ecologically conscious growers who wish to enhance the growth of their plants from the beginning by applying liquid fertilizers.
Micro activity is generated when liquids in the earth act as organic catalysts. Light-Mix is also ideal for cuttings, young plants and seedlings. This soil mix ensures rapid root development and vigorous initial growth.
It is characterized by its high water/oxygen retention ratio, this soil tends more towards water retention so it will be perfect for all those who live in hotter areas, avoiding having to water the pots so often, it retains a lot of moisture. We will have to be careful during the first days of our plants' life so as not to waterlog the soil too much, otherwise the roots will not pull as they should and you could even drown your plants. This advice is especially valid for all autoflowering genetics that are more sensitive. to root problems and excess watering.
This substrate is very light in nutrients, so you must provide it with nutrients in all phases of cultivation starting from the second week.
You can improve the substrate even further by adding an anti-fungal/pest preventative, perlite, trichoderma, and arlite to the bottom of the pots.

How to use Light-Mix
- Light-Mix allows you to use a greater amount of fertilizer without running the risk of overloading the soil and burning the plant.
- The way to use Light-Mix is essentially the same as All-mix, except that, if base fertilizer or PreMix type fertilizer is not added, a greater amount of growth fertilizer will be required.
- Biobizz Light Mix works best with a slightly warm substrate temperature throughout the entire crop, since low temperatures decrease microbial and bacteriological activity and slow down plant growth.
- Between watering and watering, it is recommended that the substrate dehydrate almost completely so that it becomes oxygenated, thus avoiding the presence of fungi.
- The composition of this mixture optimizes drainage whatever the medium in which it is used, something essential especially when using automatic irrigation systems.
