Before learning what full-spectrum CBD is, it's important to understand what CBD is to begin with.

The term "full spectrum" refers to full-spectrum oils, that is, the most complete cocktail of all the substances found in the cannabis plant.
Numerous substances coexist within the Cannabis plant, such as CBD, CBG, CBC, CBN, and the famous THC.
When an oil is full spectrum it is because it contains a broad spectrum of these substances.
