Lumatek MH 400W is a powerful 400-watt halide or metal halide lamp ideal for growth where it will guarantee healthy plants, with a spectacular green color, without spikes and with growth rates that place it among the most efficient lamps on the market. It is ideal for plants in the vegetative phase or those that need an additional supply of blue light.
It has a very long life, approximately 10.000 hours with a loss of only 5% and a luminous efficiency of 100 lumens x watt, about 40.000 lumens in total. The Lumatek MH 400W bulb has an E-40 thread and in this case requires a ballast such as the Lumatek 400W Electronic Ballast, a perfect tandem for growing in 120x120cm cabinets.
It is advisable to change the lamps approximately in the third or fourth crop, before the loss of lumens begins to be reflected in the decline of the crops.
