I'm delighted with them. I've ordered twice, and both times I contacted them via WhatsApp. Despite the late hour, they responded immediately and very kindly. The second order was a Christmas gift for a town in Murcia, and even though it was the holiday season, it arrived right on the 24th! They were also very generous with the extra touches. We'll definitely order again ^^

Excellent service, I received the controller in less than 24 hours and everything was in perfect condition, plus a few complimentary gifts. The only downside is that the controller didn't come with an operating manual.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. It's a disgrace. I placed an order online and they said, "Okay, we'll prepare it," and the next day it was out of stock and they cancelled my order even though I had other items. I'll never order from them again. It's a disgrace.

Best experience ever! This is one of the only sites in EU where I can find what I need for my houseplants, very well furnished and specialized even for people who don't grow mj, and they were super fast when the carrier mishandled my package! I will surely go back to them for any pesticide and instrument need!
