Volcano Solid Valve Kit includes everything you need to fill the vapor bags with the Solid Valve mouthpiece. Compared to the Easy Valve, it is much more resistant and durable, and instead of changing nozzle and balloon, we can easily keep the nozzle and change only the balloon.

In your Solid Valve Kit you will find a new filling chamber, where this type of nozzle is attached. Apart from the chamber, you have the set of grates to change them if they get too dirty, to enjoy a cleaner taste. To change them you only have to unscrew a nut by hand, and tighten it again when you replace the grille. There will also be a new nut in case the old one is full of resin.

It also includes an oil pad, which we can use in various ways. One of them is to put it underneath before filling the chamber with herb, and thus we do not need as much marijuana to fill the chamber, for users who have enough vapor with just one balloon. Its main function is to put it in the filling chamber and place our BHO extraction on top, and we can vaporize the extraction as if it were grass.

The Solid Valve mouthpiece has two pieces, one which is the part that is attached to the balloon, and another which is the Mouthpiece from which we inhale the vapor with our mouth. To place the balloon in the filling chamber and start filling it with steam, we will have to remove the Mouthpiece and leave only the part that is attached to the balloon. It will fit perfectly into the filling chamber. Once the balloon is filled with steam, we separate it from the filling chamber and place the Mouthpiece on it, which apart from acting as a mouthpiece, retains the smoke inside the balloon so that it does not empty.

If the balloon begins to have a lot of resin residue stuck to it, and leaves a bad taste when smoking, we can change it for a new one. Inside the kit comes a 3m bag, which we can cut and make 3 1m pieces, which is the most common, or make a 3m bag. The bags are easily replaced in the Solid Valve, you just have to unscrew the nozzle piece, release the old balloon, and insert the new one. If you use up the 3m included bag, you can buy the 3m balloons separately.

We will also find a cleaning brush from the Storz & Bickel brand, with which you can clean the filling chamber after each use and extend its useful life.

How to use the Solid Valve Kit

• First place the probe in the vaporizing chamber – do not overcrowd it or the charge will interfere with the airflow. Now turn on the Volcano Digit and adjust it to the desired temperature using the +/- buttons. Once it reaches the indicated temperature and you have connected the pump to the valve, you can press the "AIR" button so that the air begins to inflate the pump.
• Do not leave the device unattended when in operation – although the Volcano Digit comes equipped with an auto shut-off option for safety reasons.
• The Solid Valve, robust and strong, can be used with all types of balloon bags regardless of the desired size. The valve must be cleaned regularly, for example with 90° alcohol. The Solid Valve is cheaper in the long run, but the Easy Valve is easier to use and requires no maintenance.
• This Solid Valve Kit is one of the initial Kits that Volcano offers you so that you can start using its star products. With this Kit you can create the Balloon length you prefer to adjust the volume to vaporize.
