Heating cable with injected plug that transmits heat to the root zone, both in adult plants and in rooting cuttings, ideal for Hydroponics. It is placed under greenhouses or growing trays to offer a higher temperature in the root zone, this translates into faster rooting and greater plant growth.

We can also use it in terrariums or aquariums, ensuring that the fish and reptiles are as in their natural environment.

Installing the heat cable under the greenhouse, growing tray or cutting is very simple. It is advisable to place it in a zig-zag pattern and cover it with a layer of fine moist sand of a minimum of 50mm. If the layer of sand covering the heat cable is not deep enough, the heat produced by the cable is lost more quickly.

Once the appropriate temperature for the cuttings, roots, seeds or greenhouse has been reached, it is important to take into account a series of factors so that it remains constant and there are no sudden drops that could cause irreversible damage to germination or the plant. . If the temperature is 7ºC, with the heat cable you can reach 18-21ºC. Covering the seed trays will help maintain the temperature. Do not water with cold water as this would cause an immediate drop in temperature.

The heat cable has a power of 60w and a length of 12 meters, 10 meters of heat spreaders identified in green and 2 meters to reach the plug identified in black. It is provided with a 3 amp fused plug.
