The Volcano Vaporizer releases herbal flavors and active ingredients through hot air vaporization. The optimal treatment of the ingredients reduces the development of harmful substances and odors to a minimum. This means that even non-smokers find this vaporizer enjoyable.

The classic version of the Volcano vaporizer, the most common among users, incorporates an analog wheel to regulate the temperature of the stove, which allows us to adjust it from position 1 (lowest temperature) to position 9 (highest temperature). The choice of temperature depends on the tastes of each user and the freshness of the herbs located inside the stove.

• The Volcano heats the herbs by convection, what this means is that it passes the air at the selected temperature through the herbs, thus achieving very efficient and homogeneous consumption. The contact surface between the hot air and the herbs is very large, much more than in all competing vaporizers, this plays a fundamental role in the quality of the vapor produced. To pass the hot air through the cavity where the herbs are, the Volcano has a ceramic resistance, covered in iron, to which it drives fresh air through a powerful pump located at the bottom of the vaporizer.
• To vaporize dry herbs, oils and extracts or concentrates. With the Volcano we can not only vaporize dry herbs but it is also perfect for evaporating oils and extracts or concentrates.

• Bag replacement frequency. The balloon should be replaced with a new one after cleaning the tight valve at regular intervals (after 50 to 100 balloon fillings). The balloon used is the Volvcano balloon. A roll with 3 meters of this product is attached with each volcano, which is enough for 5-6 balloons. Other heat-proof oven hoses or oven bags can also be used. Do not use any other plastic bags or cling wraps. Once an easy valve can no longer be used, simply replace the old one with a new one. Much less frequently (about 1 time per year if used frequently), although the filling chamber screens may need to be replaced. Each complete set is equipped with 3 top and 3 bottom screens. That will last a long time. No other parts are subject to wear.
• Precautions when using the Volcano. The Volcano Vaporizer heats up to 180ºC or more, so special attention must be paid not to touch the metal parts near the hot air outlet, neither during vaporization nor minutes later, since these parts need time to cool down. . The Volcano is an electrical device, so it should not be used on damp or wet surfaces.

How to use the Volcano Classic vaporizer

The Volcano herb chamber is quite large and can be filled with 2 to 2 and a half grams, although for ventilation reasons, we do not recommend it. Unlike the Bong, it is not necessary to fill the chamber much. It is better that the herb is aerated and loose so that the heat circulates comfortably and the vapor is purer. Steam condenses in the bag very slowly, so use up all available steam to minimize losses.

• Select the vaporization temperature. (we recommend level 2-3 for medicinal use, 5 or more for recreational use). It is recommended to start the session at 5 or 6, between 180-190ºC to get the first puffs with the best flavor, and gradually increase the temperature to get denser puffs once the flavor degrades, making the most of all the cannabinoids. .
• Once the temperature has been selected, we press the “Heat” button at the bottom to start heating. It takes approximately between 3 and 5 minutes to heat up to the desired temperature.
• Grind the herb with a herb grinder, place the sample in the bowl and press it gently with the filter screen.
• While the Volcano is warming up, the red light on the button stays on. Once the desired temperature is reached, the yellow “control” light turns on and you are ready to start.
• The next thing we have to do is place the nozzle with the herbs or oils on top, place the bag and press the “Air” button, the pump will activate and push fresh air through the resistance and through the herbs, extracting all the essences and filling the bag.
• When the bag is full of white - bluish vapor, change the anchoring piece for the mouthpiece, and everything will be ready to start a session, gently inhaling the contents of the bag.
