This agreement regulates the general conditions of purchase of the various products and services offered on this website by SALTON VERDE, SL (hereinafter SALTON VERDE) with NIF number B70361548 and address at C/ Rua Eiras 9 de (15220) A Coruña (A CORUÑA).

The CLIENT, at the time he completes the registration process and purchases any of our products, accepts and expressly submits to the clauses specified below, as well as the conditions of access and use of our portal and its privacy policy, accessible at through the link “Legal Notices”.

The CLIENT acknowledges having sufficient legal capacity to be contractually bound.

1. Prices and taxes

In consideration for the product purchased, the CLIENT expressly agrees to pay SALTON VERDE the amounts specified at the time of purchase in the price list established on the website www.saltonverde.com for the chosen products.

The products offered on this website are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT) which IS INCLUDED in the prices detailed for each product.

SHIPPING COSTS

Transportation costs are NOT included in the price of the products.

For orders placed in mainland Spain over €50, shipping costs will be free, except for those products in which other conditions are specified in their own product sheet (for reasons of size, fragility or weight).

Once the selection of products has been completed and prior to order confirmation and before proceeding to pay for it, the final purchase price will appear on the screen, including VAT (Value Added Tax), management fees , packaging and shipping, if applicable, which will be reflected in the purchase order at the time of purchase and on the invoice.

Everything that is not specified in the description as included is not included.

2. Purchase procedure

Orders may only be placed through this website by individuals over 18 years of age and companies.

3. Availability and Delivery

The products offered by SALTON VERDE are available for distribution exclusively in peninsular Spain and the Balearic Islands.

Orders will be processed once payment has been correctly received.

The products offered by SALTON VERDE will always be subject to availability that will be specifically indicated on our website for each product, so if any item offered is not available, the customer will be duly informed of the lack of availability for purchase. Under normal conditions, all the products that appear on our Website are available for delivery within the indicated times.

In cases where, once the order has been placed, the product contracted by the CUSTOMER is out of stock, the CUSTOMER will be duly informed of this and an alternative product with similar characteristics of the same price and quality as the one purchased will be offered. If even so, the CLIENT is not interested in accepting the proposed alternative, SALTON VERDE will proceed to refund the amount already paid and will inform him or her of the refund procedures and deadlines.

As a general rule, the maximum home delivery time will be 24/48 hours from the moment of purchase and from the moment we have confirmed your payment. These delivery times are approximate and in no case binding on SALTON VERDE who, in any case, will deliver within 30 days. During summer hours, from June to September, orders placed after 13:30 p.m. will be shipped the next day.

For international shipping, products will be delivered within 3 to 10 days.

For the shipment of products on request, they will be delivered within 1 to 4 weeks.

Deliveries will be made on business days (Monday to Friday). It is recommended that the CUSTOMER communicate their time preferences for delivery when completing the order information in the Comments section.

The delivery of the purchased product at home will be carried out by the carrier together with a delivery note at the address indicated in the order order that the customer must sign as a receipt document. Likewise, the CUSTOMER will be duly informed in the event that an incident occurs or the delivery is delayed for any reason.

If delivery to the indicated address is not possible due to the absence of the recipient, the carrier will contact the CUSTOMER directly, and the steps to follow will be indicated in detail. In the event that the impossibility of delivery is caused by having entered the wrong address, the cost of reshipping the order will be borne by the CUSTOMER. SALTON VERDE is not responsible for delays in the delivery of orders due to causes attributable to the carrier.

4. Payment and payment periods

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Credit Card: The transaction is carried out by connecting directly with the TRIODOS banking entity through its payment gateway.

SALTON VERDE is not aware of your credit card information. All our payment systems are totally secure.

Payments are prior to the delivery of the product or provision of the service, so SALTON VERDE will not provide the requested product until the moment it has received payment for it. SALTON VERDE reserves the right to temporarily or permanently cancel the services provided, in the event of any incident regarding payment thereof.

5. Invoices

Upon making the corresponding payment, you will receive the Invoice for your purchase in PDF format to the email address you indicated for this purpose at the time of processing the order. If you want an invoice in paper format, you can request it and we will send it to you.

The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of the notifications and for informing us of any modification to their data, leaving SALTON VERDE exonerated from any liability arising from this circumstance.

6 Warranty

All our products are subject to quality controls and non-perishable products are guaranteed against production defects for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers any manufacturing, design or material defect, although the lack of conformity must be revealed within 14 days of becoming aware of it. The warranty only covers defective products. It does not cover knocks, improper use, or others that are not attributable to a supplier defect or a defect in the product.

During the warranty period the CUSTOMER may return the product and we will repair or replace it. Transportation costs generated by returns under warranty will NOT be borne by the CUSTOMER.

The guarantee document is the purchase invoice.

7 Returns

Returns or exchanges of products will be accepted within 14 days of receipt of the product. The packaging and accessories must be included, and will always be accompanied by the corresponding delivery note or invoice.

In the case of a return due to a manufacturing or packaging defect, such as in the case of an error in the order, the CUSTOMER will be offered, if possible, repair or replacement with an alternative at no additional cost and without the right, on the part of the CUSTOMER, to any type of compensation. The expenses generated by the shipment of the repaired or correct order will be borne by SALTON VERDE.

In any case, the return will always be subject to prior examination by SALTON VERDE of the condition of the product being returned and verification that the requirements set out in these conditions of sale have been met. Once the return is received and if appropriate, we will refund the amount collected within a maximum period of 14 days and under the same terms that were used to make the payment.

SALTON VERDE reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the established deadline or of products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received.

Returns will be managed by sending an email to info@saltonverde.com making a description of the reasons and the alleged causes for the return. Likewise, it will be necessary to indicate the name and surname and the order reference number. Once the request is received, we will process it in a timely manner.

The right of withdrawal and/or resolution is excluded in those cases in which, due to the very nature of the goods being acquired, it is impossible to carry it out, without prejudice to the corresponding claim for damages suffered, as well as in in the event that the following conditions are not met:

  • The product must be in perfect condition (with its original packaging, cork protectors, documentation and plastic covers) with no deterioration other than that resulting from the handling of the goods to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
  • The product must be accompanied by all accessories and complements and documentation if applicable. And it must be sent with tracking.
  • Returns of products made or budgeted to suit the client, personalized products and similar will not be accepted, unless they are due to manufacturing or transportation defects.

Consequences of withdrawal:

10. Obligations of the parties

SALTON VERDE undertakes to provide the CLIENT with the products and services that have been contracted, applying maximum diligence in the provision of the service, as well as taking care of the maintenance of the facilities necessary for the operation of the network, having a technical team for this purpose. and adequate computer technology, and to manage the logistics, shipping and delivery operations of the purchase made through the carrier.

The CUSTOMER undertakes to use the products and services that are made available to him in good faith, without violating current laws on any matter or infringing the rights of third parties, as well as to pay for the selected product in the time and manner established in the present conditions of sale and upon receipt at the place indicated for delivery.

SALTON VERDE does not guarantee that the availability of the service that is the subject of this contract will be continuous and uninterrupted, due to circumstances caused by problems in the Internet network, breakdowns in computer devices and other unforeseeable circumstances. Therefore, the CLIENT agrees to bear these circumstances within reasonable limits, and therefore expressly renounces claiming from SALTON VERDE any contractual or extra-contractual liability for possible failures, errors and use of the contracted service.

11. Communications

All notifications between the parties will preferably be made via email. The CLIENT is responsible for confirming receipt of the notifications and for informing SALTON VERDE of any modification to their data, and is exonerated from any liability arising from this circumstance. In case of modification, the CLIENT must inform SALTON VERDE at the e-mail or telephone numbers indicated on our website.

In compliance with article 21 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, we inform you that our commercial shipments and information related to our website and the products offered on it will be made by email to the e-mail address that you provide us, always revocable. 12. Commitment, acceptance and validity of the contract

13. Applicable Regulations
